Camera Level is useful app for keeping your iPhone camera level at all times. Camera level will help you a lot in shooting great composed photos. To manage your photos composition there is option for camera level’s grid view. This saves a lot of time of yours from all the editing you ever did. You have to adjust point and make sure that the view is level using the guides and then start shooting. This is all you have to do. It helps you in taking ultra fast shots. You just need to tap to get auto focus support. You can toggle between level and grid guides so that you can change colour based on the camera’s tilt level. You don’t have to use external tools to straighten your photos.

Camera level has two modes one by default is the grid line mode which helps in adding grid overlay to the entire screen. WolframAlpha for IPhone

Recently Wolfram Alpha’s iPhone was released which gives users full access to Wolfram Alpha’s capabilities and immensely improved in speed and ergonomics of Wolframs Alpha’s mobile site. The main aim of the company is to replace stand alone graphic calculators by targeting this app at students and professionals.

One of the amazing features of this app is its dual keyboards. One keyboard is for numbers and symbols and other a regular QWERTY keyboard. This app works only when you are connected to the Internet. This might be a deal breaker for many but then it has plenty to offer like the basic graphing calculators when you can’t access Internet. It is well suited to solve a high school or college goer through its vast database of chemical compounds, nutritional data, geographical information, financial data etc.

Using Alpha isn’t as easy as using Google. It’s rather strict on how you structure a querry while Google has no such specification. It has a demo video to help you out with lots of example queries.
Though the price is too high the Wolfram Alpha team is stressing on the part of this app having lot to offer that a Web app can’t offer. This app is capable of making assumptions based on your location they also have included some features that make using the app easier than using the web service.

Google Voice for iPhone will be released in two versions one would be full featured version and other the light version which will be made available to the users free of cost.

Google voice for iPhone

When you would launch the app for the first time there are few basic set ups that needs to be attended. These would be logging into your Google Voice account and then entering your phone number that is going to be used for calling. This quite simple and easy and to make it more easy there is a “remember me” toggle which will store your login information. Once you finish this set up then you see several icons on the bottom of the app. These icons include the Keypad, SMS, History, Voicemail and settings. You can use the Keypad to dial the numbers you want to make a call to. You can dial a number or use iPhone contacts for existing numbers. You can send SMS via Google Voice. You can simply type a message and send to your iPhone contacts. The replies of the SMS will be automatically forwarded to the default SMS app on your iPhone. History will give access to both incoming and outgoing calls from the Google Voice account. In visual voice mail settings you can find the voicemails and listen to them using regular phone, speaker or a headset.

In all Google Voice is worth waiting for as its simple to use and price is fair enough.

IVideoCamera for IPhone

The iVideo camera allows user to record short videos on any phone. This app works with any 2G or 3G iPhone with iPhone OS 3.1 or above installed in it. This app has ability to save videos directly to the camera roll or “photos” and then you are ready to share it. You have options to share it on YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter, flickr Video, Vimeo and camera Roll Export for trimming or editing. The new version of iVideo camera allows you to e-mail video clips or you can upload videos using wireless via FTP.

This iVideo camera app has its share of limitations. This app allows you to shoot a video of up to 1 minute in length and captures 3 frames per second. The resolution of the camera is 160 X 213 resolutions which is quite low. But then the latest version has made some improvement in its feature. The recording time limit has been extended to 15 minutes and records at 10 frames per second. This is not quite good but better than previous versions. The iVideo Camera works best if theirs is ample free space in your iPhone. The high quality mode consumes memory fast. This iVideo camera is best for first generation iPhone users as they get videos than no video at all.
